Returns and Refunds


We at are committed to provide you a comfortable and professional service while assisting you with your order. Our Delivery, Returns and Refunds policy is made keeping this core principle as the base.


• As a policy, we accept returns only for Garments that are having manufacturing defects (check our FAQ for list of acceptable manufacturing defects). In this case, we will as much as possible   try to replace the defective Garment (especially when the garment is customised as per your requirement), if we are not able to replace then we will refund the cost of Garment (s)                     accordingly..


• Any alterations or returns should be notified within 2 business days of receiving the Garments at your premises. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any alterations or returns                beyond 2 business days.


• Returns will not be accepted without a formal request from providing details about the returns/alterations. Please visit our returns/alterations form webpage and send the details to us.


• Garments have to be returned to us (i.e. reach our office) within 7 days of delivery for a refund.


• Return postage is at the customer's expense and all returned items must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.



We use a minimum Quality Standard of AQL 2.5. This will mean that your Garments conforms to international standards.
