Please note that we don’t accept returns of Customized Garments as they cannot be resold. However we are always willing to make corrections or negotiate a penalty fee which is already factored in our Terms & Conditions with you.

What is a customized garment?

Other than our fast-selling Stock Garments, we also offer you to choose your favorite garment and personalize it to suit your corporate branding requirements. Example-for your favorite corporate work-wear shirt, you may choose your preferred type of style element like collar, cuff, pockets, placket, etc. from the choice options. You may choose the fabric and trims of your choice. You may choose yourpreferred branding technique-screen printing or embroidery, and place your logo or slogan in your desired position on the garment. What kind of customizations do we offer?

We treat every client individually as per their specific corporate branding needs allowing them to co-design the product with us it terms of Garment Styling, Screen Printing, Computerized Embroidery as well as Branding & Labeling.

How do you customize a garment online?

It’s a very simple 5 steps process.

Select your Garment and size.

Choose your fabric and buttons.

Choose your preferred Style Customization options-collar, cuff, pockets, etc.

Select your preferred branding technique on the garment-whether Screen Printing or Computerized Embroidery.

Upload your company logo as per the Artwork Guide and submit the enquiry form.

What factors affect the pricing of a garment?

Stock Garments are cheaper than the Customized Garments.

Minimum Order Quantity-Price reduces with increase in order quantity.

Stock Garments are cheaper than the Customized Garments.

The no. of colors used in a design-Pricing increases with increase in no. of colors.

Size of the design-Pricing increases with no. of designs and their sizes (per sq. cm)..

How do you know the size measurements of your staff?

Comfort while working is very important; here is where the size and fit comes into play. You may choose from the below options to ensure the right size for your employees;.

Our Measurement Assistance service-where we send our Intermediate Garment Size-set Samples at your company doorstep for your staff to wear, check & choose their respective sizes. In some cases we also send our Garment Technicians to assist you in the measurement process.

Ask your staff to measure the required body dimensions as per our How to Measure guide. Download our Measurement Form. All measurements are recorded in our data-base so that they can be easily accessed for future re-orders..

Are there any styling services available?

Our young and dynamic design team is constantly striving to give you the best in-trend design options in terms of color, fabric and garment style. We also offer refurbishing services for your new or existing brand as per the ongoing market trends.
